“Hottie actor Kellan Lutz dropped by Seventeen’s offices today to tell us about all the exciting projects he has coming up! You may remember Kellan from his roles in Accepted and Prom Night (he played Brittany Snow’s character’s boyfriend). Kellan’s been hard at work filming the character Emmett Cullen in Twilight, the vampire love story based on the Stephenie Meyer book of the same title, and a recurring role on the new 90210.

The recently single(!) North Dakota native was so sweet and down-to-earth we couldn’t help but swoon over him (those baby-blue eyes didn’t help either!). Kellan told us all about the types of girls he likes (brunettes over blondes!), his run-ins with the Twilight Moms (a group of moms devoted to Twlight who stalked him and other cast members on the set and at their hotel rooms!), and his mischievous side (When he was younger, he once burned down a tree in his neighbor’s yard — and that neighbor was an FBI agent!).”

Seventeen’s youtube channel just added a new video of Kellan giving the fans a shout out.

Hokay guys,   seeing as how Mike/Mike fans  posting about wanting a Mike/Mike segment in Twilight Tuesday  persuaded  the wonderful  wizard of oz  Larry to feature him this week,  we have finally given up waiting patiently and have come up with…………………….. A PLAN!

Here it is.  Larry likes videos,  Larry encourages us to MAKE videos,  I think,  we are gonna make a gosh darned video :D.

It’s simple,  I want pictures of you with your bears,  or pictures of your bears  holding up a sign that states we want more Kellmett/Emmett in our Twilight Tuesdays.  If you can’t take a picture,  thats fine,  make a macro!  That works too.  The whole idea is to get a bunch of images that I can later compile into a video montage with some rockin’ music.  We’ll get it all set up and ship it off to Larry for his consideration.

Come on guys,  Kellmett needs some TwiTues love too!

Hey guys! I’m back from my vacation and it’s good to be home. However, that’s the end of my rest, back to work Plenty of updates for today:

The girls over at Ashleyg-fans.com sent us some pictures from a few old events. Thank you as always.

It’s also the last week to send in yourbears for the Big Bear Hug project. Information on that can be found here.

We’ve also been asked to promote another cool project Touched by Twilight are hosting. Basically they’re asking you to become Alice and plan/design a Bachelorette Party for Bella! You have to be a member of their forum - and therefore 18 years of age + - to enter.

The winner of this project will win 1 ticket to the NYC Breaking dawn concert/signing event. This will NOT include travel or accomodation just the enrty ticket so keep that in mind when you enter. Second prize is a T shirt from Twilight teez, so even if you can’t make it to NYC for that event theres something for everyone to try and win at least.

It’s days like this I wonder why I even sleep :D  I should just be awake getting all the info as it comes to me,  sleep wastes time!  But anyway I am awake now, and what a thing to wake up to in my inbox. NEW KELLMETT PICTURES!  Along with new Cullen Pictures.

In case you didn’t know this months POPSTAR magazine has a two page spread dedicated to our now favorite movie and this morning our friend Ray was nice enough to scan and send them over to me ( thanks a million Ray!) .

Hi everyone! We have two new scans thanks to LJ member marcbymarcj. The first one is HERE and the other HERE. Also, PLEASE go vote for the Twilight cast in Portrait Magazines Top 30 Under 30 poll. They are only down by a couple hundred votes…we can do this!

Ok well, maybe not outer space, but this did kinda come out of nowhere.

Our field reporter numero DOS ( thats two ) , thespian_geek, just posted over on lj something very interesting that she found while perusing IMDB:

” I got bored and decided to read back on some old posts on Kellan’s IMDB board and saw someone mention that he was involved with this new web series called Valley Peaks, and they linked the MySpace for it, too. Well, lo and behold… I discovered two pictures and a YouTube video that all had Kellan in them (even though he’s only in the video for like, .2 seconds). I have NO idea when this was filmed, but I’m guessing not that long ago since his hair is all Emmett-y?”

She even went one stepped further and contacted the youtube channel to see if she could find out about Kellans involvment. Apparently we have to wait, but we will LOVE IT. As if we didn’t have enough to look forward to, right?

Good Morning Kellmetteers!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend/ start of summer! And that everyone caught the Princess last night on THE MAKING OF GENERATION KILL episode on HBO. My sources tell me it was rather good. ( I sadly don’t have cable ).

I’m posting today to tell you guys about some projects and sites going on around the Twildom, so sit tight and give all these links some love .

First off KELLMETT’S BIG BEAR HUG PROJECT
We are still taking stuffed animal donations for the LA CHILDRENS HOSPITAL. I bought a bear and a stuffed frog yesterday and should be finally shipping them off this weekend. Come on guys , I’ve told you lots of times before, but here we go again, it is for a very good cause and you don’t have to spend alot of money, the frog I got was just 4 dollars , 4 dollars I would have probably spent on a magazine or something is going to go towards making a kid smile, and this makes me feel SO good. The project is running till July 6th and if you want more information please go here and read all about it.

Ashley Green Project
Ashley-Green.com and ifelthope.net are conducting an appreciation project for our favorite Alice, Ashley Green. The project consists of writing a message and taking a picture of yourself with the message, they will be putting all of this in a scrap book to send off to her. It’s a really fun idea, and if you are an Ashley fan you really should take a look at it. All info and requirements can be found here. So take a look at that.

Morgan, a loyal Kellmetteer, and her friend Kimmie have opened up a forum for all us 18 and up fans. I know what you are thinking, isn’t that Twi Moms job? Not really , no, this site is a bit different, but I’m not going to tell you about it, I’m just going to let you go take a look at it and experience it yourselves ;). As you can see, there’s lots going on this summer around the Twidom, so if you are inclined, take a look at all the projects and participate :D.

I want to take the opportunity to ask everyone again, to keep the people that live in the flooded areas of the mid west in your thoughts, we are all a big family round here, so if they’re in a fix, we are too, so just remember them during this hard time, hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.

Hey Guys, thespian_geek over on the LJ community posted this reminder tonight so we thought we’d share here incase anyone wants to catch it too.

Just a little reminder that the “Making of Generation Kill” thing starts airing tonight on HBO East, at 10:45PM EST/9:45PM CTR time. You can find the schedule right here. Unfortunately, I do not have the awesomesauce magic powers to get the video online for those of you that don’t have HBO, but I’m hoping someone does!

I’m going on Vacation in literally 30 minutes, so I won’t be around for a week to help update and answer emails. But as always,  Kisu, Laura, and Kelfu will be around to keep things running. It will be like I never existed…no, I’m just kidding, I’m throwing out the Edward cheese tonight.
